MOSCATO, REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT, DATED, JULY 28, 1999; SANDRA MOSCATO BOGGS; SANDRA MOSCATO BOGGS, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NANCY SUSAN MOSCATO A/K/A NANCY S. MOSCATO, DECEASED; SANDRA MOSCATO BOGGS, AS GUARDIAN OF THE PERSONS AND PROPERTY OF SAMANTHA BOGGS, A MINOR; STEVEN PAUL MOSCATO; STEVEN PAUL MOSCATO AS CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NANCY SUSAN MOSCATO A/K/A NANCY S. MOSCATO, DECEASED; SAMANTHA BOGGS, A MINOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN PAUL MOSCATO; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION, OFFICE OF MEDICAID THIRD PARTY LIABILITY, are Defendants, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11 a.m. on the 10th day of May 2018, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
