NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 04, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015CA002352 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE(CWALT 2006-31 CB), is Plaintiff, and LLOYD NEIL JORDAN ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 110, of CARPENTERS RUN PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 122-124 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Property Address: 1530 Cobbler Dr, Lutz, FL, 33559.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
