Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sec. 932.704, Fla. Stat.that the property described below was seized by the CHIEF OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON POLICE DEPARTMENT, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA on November 17, 2017 in the City of Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida. The property is being held by the CHIEF OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON POLICE DEPARTMENT. A Complaint for Judgment of Forfeiture has been filed. All persons claiming a legal interest in the subject property and desiring to contest the forfeiture must file with the court and serve upon the below identified attorney any responsive pleadings and affirmative defenses within 20 days after publication of this Notice.
2015 CHEVROLET CAMARO (VIN: 2G1FK3DJ0F9178636) and TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY ONE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY CENTS ($12,521.80) in U.S. CURRENCY was seized on or about November 17, 2017, at or near 1900 26th Avenue East, located in the City of Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, and filed under Case No. 2017-CA-005410 in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida.
