NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM dated January 10, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-002217 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and CATHY KABINE; TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCOAST CROSSINGS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALPHA K. UNIT 313, BUILDING 9, TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6873, PAGE 568, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7124, PAGE 629, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 107, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 131, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
