NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM dated January 10, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017CA003024CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and RAYMOND C. BOYER; KATHY BOYER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100016910003572047); WATERS EDGE SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERS EDGE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of February, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM, to wit:
LOT 254, OF WATERS EDGE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 85-109, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
