NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017CA000385CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF LUCINDA ELLIS A/K/A LUCINDA ELLIS CUCCO, DECEASED; JODI LYNN MEYERS A/K/A JODI L. MEYERS F/K/A JODI L. ELLIS; KAMI MICHELLE ELLIS A/K/A KAMI M. ELLIS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LUCINDA ELLIS A/K/A LUCINDA ELLIS CUCCO, DECEASED; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
