NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated January 4, 2018, entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000248-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston ARMT 2005-10 is the Plaintiff and INFANTE, MELISSA ; TOBIN, MELINDA ; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, As Nominee For Wilshire Credit Corporation; Unknown Tenant(s) In Possession; Oreste Infante; The Unknown Spouse of Oreste Infante N/K/A Melissa Infante are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 21, OAKSTEAD PARCEL 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
