Development, an agency of the United States of America is Plaintiff, and Audrey Eileen Cooper, Decease; Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against Audrey Eileen Cooper, Deceased; Unknown Spouse of Audrey Eileen Cooper; M.L. SHAPIOR, as Trustee of the 3300 Erick Lake Drive Trust; Regent Park Master Association, Inc.; Regent Park Villas I Association, Inc.; John Doe, as Unknown Tenant n/k/a Oleksandra Miachina; and Jane Doe, as
Unknown Tenant n/k/a Horacio Montez are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 8 day of February 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl. 34112 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
