NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017 and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-000782-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and For Collier County, Florida, wherein M & T BANK, , is Plaintiff and DIEGO M. CARRAU; et al.; are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor or the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 8 day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14 of Block 268, UNIT 7, GOLDEN GATE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, pages 135-146, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
