NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 3, 2017, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 007401 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and Keri Nakamoto; The Unknown Spouse Of Keri Nakamoto; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Suntrust Bank; Hidden Bay Neighborhood Association, Inc.; BPV II Association, Inc. A Dissolved Corporation; Bay Pointe Vista II Condominium Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 6th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 601, BAY POINTE VISTA II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2001167350, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35, PAGES 22, 22A, THROUGH 22G, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH PARKING GARAGE UNITS 5, 6, 2A AND 11B, DESIGNATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS A LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT.

TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
