NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 07, 2016 and entered in 11-2015-CA-000921-0001-XX 2D17-0073 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and AMERICAN PROPERTIES GROUP LLC AS TRUSTEE OF THE 7803 BERKSHIRE PINES DRIVE LAND TRUST ; CATHARINE L. CRUTTENDEN A/K/A CATHARINE CRUTTENDEN ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHARINE L. CRUTTENDEN A/K/A CATHARINE CRUTTENDEN ; THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK are the Defendant(s).
