NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002046, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DAVID A. WEINBERG A/K/A WEINBERG A. DAVID; VALERIE R. WEINBERG; BANKUNITED, NA AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR BANKUNITED, FSB; SPRINGLEAF FINANCIAL SERVICES OF FLORIDA INC. FKA AMERICA GENERAL FINANCE INC.; CACH LLC; ASSET ACCEPTANCE LLC; THE COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES INC.; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, are defendants. Dwight Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 87, THE COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
