Final Judgment was awarded on January 10, 2018 in Civil Case No. 11-2016-CA-1995-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, CITIFINANCIAL SERVICE LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNORS, CREDITORS AND TRUSTEES OF THE ESTATE OF GERALDINE H. PRATHER A/K/A GERALDINE HODGES A/K/A GERALDINE HODGES PRATHER, DECEASED; GLADYS MOORE; GREGORY PRATHER; TROY PRATHER; FREDERICK PRATHER; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A AMANDA HARMON; TENANT #2 N/K/A TRAVIS HARMON are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor Lobby, Courthouse Annex, Naples FL 34112 on February 8, 2018 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM GERALDINE HODGES AND GREGARY L. PRATHER TO GERALDINE HODGES PRATHER, DATED 08/27/1985 RECORDED ON 09/09/1985 IN OR BOOK 001154, PAGE 001185 IN COLLIER COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FL.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
