NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 7, 2018, an Order of Summary Administration was entered in the estate of DALE DUNGAN PULLEN, deceased, file number 112017CP0025210001XX, by the Circuit Court for Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, the address of which is:

The total value of the estate is $72,890.50 and the entire estate has been assigned by said order to the decedent's surviving spouse, BARBARA DAVISON PULLEN, in accordance with the manifest wishes expressed in decedent's last will dated December 20, 2014. BARBARA DAVISON PULLEN is also the “person giving notice” and her address is listed at the bottom of this notice.
Any person or entity having claims or demands against decedent's estate, other than those for whom provision for full payment has been in the Order of Summary Administration, must file their claims against the estate with this court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
