NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-002244 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Gaetano Ravana as Co-Trustee of the 5688 Hammock Isles Drive Trust, dated May 16, 2006; Joann DeBartolo as Co-Trustee of the 5688 Hammock Isles Drive Trust, dated May 16, 2006; Hammock Isles Estates Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Hammock Isles Master Association, Inc.; The United State of America; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 5688 Hammock Isles Drive Trust, dated May 16, 2006; The Vineyards Community Association, Inc; Vineyards Utility, Inc.; Thomas C. Ravana a/k/a Thomas Ravana, AND Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 8 day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
