NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order of Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-2535 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein F Street Investments, LLC, a Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff and Heiki Wachowiak, RNTSDU Investments, LLC, Board of County Commissioners, of Lee County, United States Department of Treasury, and Unknown Tenant are Defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.m.
