NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-008392, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-14, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES GSAA 2006-14, is Plaintiff and ANTHONY J. CRUZ JR.; TRUDY A. CRUZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM (“MERS”) AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, N.A.; RIVERWOODS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12TH day of FEBRUARY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, RIVERWOODS HAMMOCK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 142-155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
