MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH2 is Plaintiff and TYNER, CHRISTOPHER, et al, are Defendants.
