NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of December, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002825, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2007-OA1 is the Plaintiff and JOHN W. GRUBBS A/K/A JOHN GRUBBS; PATRICIA C. GRUBBS A/K/A PATRICIA GRUBBS; HYDE PARK PLACE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 232, HYDE PARK PLACE II, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT, UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 12354, PAGE 1999 AND THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
