YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit Number A-54, and an undivided .21644% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 3665, Pages 870-931, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 45-57; Declaration amended in Official Records Book 4098, Pages 1270-1282, Plat refiled in Condominium Plat Book 15, Page 96-104, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2981 Mission Drive East, Clearwater, Florida, 33759.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 2/19/18, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
