NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2017 and entered in 17-001582-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC. F/K/A PINELALS HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF LISA WILSON A/K/A LISA WILSON-FAIRROW; CHARLES FAIRROW, AS SPOUSE OF LISA WILSON A/K/A LISA WILSON-FAIRROW; DAMEKA DAXON AS DESCENDANT OF LISA WILSON A/K/A LISA WILSON-FAIRROW; ERNIKA MELLS AS DESCENDANT OF LISA WILSON A/K/A LISA WILSON-FAIRROW; AND EBONY WILSON, AS DESCENDANT OF LISA WILSON A/K/A LISA WILSON-FAIRROW AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, BY AND THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST LISA WILSON A/K/A LISA WILSON-FAIRROW are Defendant(s). Ken Burke as Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 28, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
