NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 29, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-002058-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is the Plaintiff and Emilie C. Kong; Emilie C. Kong, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Judith P. Morrison a/k/a Judith Morrison a/k/a Judith Paige Morrison; Loretta Denton a/k/a Loretta C. Denton, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Judith P. Morrison a/k/a Judith Morrison a/k/a Judith Paige Morrison; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Judith Morrison Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated April 16, 2012; Unknown Trustee of the Judith Morrison Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated April 16, 2012 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, OAKWOOD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
