NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-006065-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2017-1 is the Plaintiff and GULL AIRE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; PEGGY YENNY; MARK YENNY; CQB 2010, LLC, A NEW MEXICO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; BUILDER'S CONCRETE & SUPPLY CO., INC., AN INDIANA CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A HANNA GERSTNER are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 8, 2018 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
