NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 19, 2017 in Civil Case No. 12-007509-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, SOLELY AS THE TRUSTEE HEREUNDER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES OF RICHARD L. SHAW A/K/A RICHARD LAMAR SHAW, DECEASED; MEADOWLAWN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD L. SHAW A/K/A RICHARD LAMAR SHAW, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITOR, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES OF ALEXANDER XAVIER SHAW, DECEASED; THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ALEXANDER XAVIER SHAW, DECEASED; TREVOR BIRT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 6, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 19, MEADOW LAWN - SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 43, 44, & 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
