NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2017, and entered in 16-001301-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and DAN JANNIKSEN; SHERRY JANNIKSEN; HARBOUR WATCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; CITY OF TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
