NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2017, and entered in 16-001301-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and DAN JANNIKSEN; SHERRY JANNIKSEN; HARBOUR WATCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; CITY OF TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 05, 2018, and with the exception of the water/sewer lien in favor of Defendant, CITY OF TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA, recorded on November 12, 2009 in book 16749 at Page 2180 of the official records of Pinellas County, Florida, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 82, OF POINTE ALEXIS NORTH PHASE II, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE 17-21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
