NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of January, 2018, and entered in Case No. 12008732CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DONNA L. DANDREA A/K/A DONNA LEE D'ANDREA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; SHERWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; E.R.E. GREBE-TOKARSKI; UTE SCHWARZ; HEINZ TAUTORUS; EVELYN TAUTORUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALFRED SCHWARZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTEL SOHN N/K/A RICHARD SOHN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA L. DANDREA A/K/A DONNA LEE D'ANDREA N/K/A RICHARD WAKELAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD CALLABY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT MARTIN DAVEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VOLKER ZULAUF; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of February, 2018, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 14 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, OR SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SHERWOOD LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OR 7725, PAGES 1130 THROUGH 1194, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 109, PAGES 67 THROUGH 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
