NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2017, and entered in Case No. 14-000710-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and City of St. Petersburg, Florida, Nicholas Hodgins, Susan J. Hodges A/K/A Susan Hodges-Hadai, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5 AND 6, BLOCK 60, REVISED MAP OF SOUTH DAVISTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF SEAWALL STRIP AS SHOWN AT SAID PLAT LYING WESTERLY OF BEACH DRIVE SOUTH AND LYING BETWEEN THE NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOTS 5 AND 6 EXTENDED WESTERLY TO WATERS OF BOCA CIEGA BAY.
TOGETHER WITH ALL INTEREST IN THE SUBMERGED LANDS LYING WESTERLY THEREOF AND LYING BETWEEN THE NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOT 5 AND LOT 6, BLOCK 60 EXTENDED WESTERLY, WHICH INTEREST WAS ACQUIRED BY CLERKS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 420045A (OR BK 231 PAGE 623), 263733B (OR BK 2087 PAGE 340) AND 72057337 (OR BK 3784 PAGE 101).
