NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 10th day of January, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2013-ca-007050-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is the Plaintiff and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS; STATE OF FLORIDA; SWEETWATER WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LISA M. PEREZ; LEONARDO PEREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHANEL PEREZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 26th day of February, 2018 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 134 OF SWEETWATER WEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES(S) 12 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
