NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001646-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-S1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and TENNERIELLO, GERALDINE, et al, are Defendants. The clerk TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 19, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located ORANGE County, Florida in as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
