NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2017, and entered in 2016-CA-005534-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EMMETT POLLARD, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VERDELL POLLARD; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CHRISTOPHER LEE POLLARD; CURTIS EUGENE POLLARD; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; JESSICA M. BERMUDEZ; ANGELA BROOKS; DIANE JACKSON are the Defendant(s).
