NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2017, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2013-CA-02112-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 20, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 90 DEGREES 00' 00” EAST A DISTANCE OF 411.60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 01' 17” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 264.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 90 DEGREES 00' 00” EAST A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 17” WEST A DISTANCE OF 264.00 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 20; THENCE SOUTH 90 DEGREES 00' 00” WEST A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR WHITE ROAD.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
