NAPIWOCKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEITH L. NAPIWOCKI; CITY OF ORLANDO, A FLORIDA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; HOUSING PARTNERSHIP, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 6TH day of February, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
