NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2018, in Case Number 2017-CA-000164-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Loyd P. Unit No. 603, LAUREL HILLS I, a Condominium as set forth in Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2213, Page 713 and as shown by plat of record in Condominium Book 1, Pages 85 to 95, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium as set forth in the Declaration.
The above described premises are conveyed subject to and with benefit of all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, liens for assessments, options, powers of attorney, and limitations on title, created by the laws of the state of the premises or set forth in the Master Deed and/or Declaration of Condominium, in the related By-Laws, in the Declaration of Trust, or Site Plans and Floor Plans as duly recorded in the appropriate land records office and as the same may have lawfully amended.

Caldwell to Lloyd P. Caldwell, dated 04/15/2002 and recorded with the Orange County Clerk of Court at Record Book 6516, Page 4289.
Notice is also given pursuant to § 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
