NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2017 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 1/22/2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 14001929CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and SARAH J. ARMENIA A/K/A SARAH ARMENIA; SARAH J. ARMENIA A/K/A SARAH ARMENIA, AS EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH J. ARMENIA, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH J. ARMENIA, DECEASED; JOHN ARMENIA A/K/A IGNATIUS JOHN ARMENIA; DEEP CREEK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; SECTION 23, PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 11th day of June, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 806, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 2A THROUGH 2Z41, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
