NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Emergency Motion to Get House Bank & Motion For Return of Forfeited Funds entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA003549CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VI is Plaintiff and JUDITH THOMAS, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, PAULA O'NEIL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on FEBRUARY 21, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 44, FLORAL PARK PARTIAL REPLAT, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
