BOOK 700, PAGES 319 AND 416, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 356089, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 6, 1973 IN O.R. BOOK 708, PAGE 343, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 360356 AND AMENDED PLAT THEREOF FILED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 25, 26 AND 27 AND FURTHER AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 20, 1974 IN O.R. BOOK 750, PAGES 955 THROUGH 961, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 394780, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND AN INTEREST IN THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY, APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
