Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Polk County, Florida, described as:
THE EAST 653.69 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH, EAST AND SOUTH 25 FEET FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF LUCERNE PARK FRUIT ASSOCIATION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PARCEL BEING A PART OF LOTS 296 AND 299 OF SAID LUCERNE PARK FRUIT ASSOCIATION, PLUS THE EAST 653.69 FEET OF THAT PART OF U.S. GOVERNMENT LOT 3 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 544 AND WEST OF THE SOUTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on February 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
