NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 16th day of January, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000644CAAXMA, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST, is the Plaintiff and DAVID BROWNE; RICHERE BROWNE A/K/A RICHERE EUGENIE BROWNE; ISPC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Angelina Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 13th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, TRACT 2, RIVERDALE REVISED SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 40 THROUGH 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
