NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2017, and entered in 2016CA1473 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and RUSSELL EUGENE YERKES A/K/A RUSSELL E. YERKES; RUSSELL EUGENE YERKES A/K/A RUSSELL E. YERKES, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RUSSELL E. YERKES AND NANETTE P. YERKES LIVING TRUST U/T/D 5/22/2013; NANETTE P. YERKES; NANETTE P. YERKES, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RUSSELL E. YERKES AND NANETTE P. YERKES LIVING TRUST U/T/D 5/22/2013; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s).
