Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order entered in the above noted case that the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 1409 Meadowcroft Condominium, Parcel “W”, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 947, Pages 222 through 255, inclusive, and amendments thereto and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 123 and 124, Public Records of Manatee County, in and to Carport 4. Also known as 1409 56th Street West, Bradenton, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for case, via the Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com; at 9:00 a.m. on February 20, 2018. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
