Petitioner(s) allege:
1. Petitioner(s), Robert V. Lattanzio and Ronald V. Lattanzio, have an interest in the above estate as named Personal Representatives in the Last Will and Testament of the deceased. Their names and address' are set forth at the end of this petition and the name and office address of their attorney is set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, Robert L. Lattanzio, whose last known address was 1323 Calamondin Drive, Holiday, Florida 34691, and, if known, whose age was 90, and the last four digits of whose social security number are 7527, died on December 22, 2017, at Suncoast Hospice Care Center in Palm Harbor, Florida 34684, and on the date of death, decedent was domiciled in Pasco County, Florida.
3. Decedent's last known address was 1323 Calamondin Drive, Holiday, Florida 34691.
4. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this estate, including the decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their addresses and relationships to the decedent, and the dates of birth of any who are minors, are:

*The decedent was not survived by a spouse or any minor children.
5. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the decedent owned real property in Pasco County.
6. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent, other than the original last will dated June 22, 2004 that is in the possession of the court.
7. Domiciliary probate proceedings are not known to be pending in another state or country.
8. Petitioner is entitled to summary administration because:
a. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required by Chapter 733 of the Florida Probate Code.
b. To the best knowledge of the petitioner, the value of the entire estate subject to administration in this state, less the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, does not exceed $75,000.
11. The following is a complete list of the assets in this estate and their estimated values, together with those assets claimed to be exempt:

12. With respect to claims of creditors:
b. Petitioner has made diligent search and reasonable inquiry for any known or reasonably ascertainable creditors.
c. The estate is not indebted.
Petitioner acknowledges that any known or reasonably ascertainable creditor who did not receive timely notice of this petition and for whom provision for payment was not made may enforce the claim and, if the creditor prevails, shall be awarded reasonable attorneys fees as an element of costs against those who joined in the petition.
13. It is proposed that assets of the decedent be distributed to the following: Robert V. Lattanzio and Ronald V. Lattanzio.
Petitioner waives notice of hearing on this petition and request that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 13 of this Petition.
