GIASONE, JR., NEWBURN VILLAGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIOIN OF CLEVELAND are the Defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on FEBRUARY 21, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
