Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on January 17, 2018, in in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall offer for sale, the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 20, FRUITVILLE PARK OF COMMERCE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 46, Pages 18, 18A through 18E of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on February 21, 2018, beginning at 9:00 a.m. via Internet at.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
