NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 04, 2017, and entered in 58-2016-CA-000836 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and SCOTT J BROWN ; JAKE DROST ; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2006-S5; JASON MARIEN are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 05, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
