TO: ALL CREDITORS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES:
1. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about January 12, 2018, a Petition was filed commencing an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors, pursuant to Chapter 727, Fla. Stat., made by, LEGENDARY JOURNEYS, INC., Assignor, with its principal place of business at 3474 17TH Street, Sarasota, FL 34235, to Larry S. Hyman, Assignee, whose address is PO Box 18625, Tampa, FL 33679. The Petition was filed in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County.
2. YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER NOTICED that pursuant to Fla. Stat. ยง727.105, no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727, and excepting the case of the secured creditor enforcing its rights in collateral under Chapter 679, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment or the like, in connection with any judgment or claim against assets of the Estate, other than real property, in the possession, custody or control of the Assignee.
3. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Assignee will take the deposition of an authorized corporate representative of the Assignor, LEGENDARY JOURNEYS, INC., at Executive Suites at Lakewood Ranch, 6151 Lake Osprey Dr., 3RD floor, Room #300, Sarasota, FL 34240, on February 8, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. for the purposes of discovery and compliance with Florida Statute 727 and pursuant to the Florida rules of Civil Procedure.
4. YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIED that in order to receive any dividend in this proceeding, you must file a Proof of Claim with the Assignee on or before May 14, 2018.
