NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 13, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2017 CA 003281 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and REBECCA A. GONDER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on February 12, 2018 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, TO WIT:
THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 92 AND THE EAST 45 FEET OF LOT 93, BAHAMA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO REBECCA A. GONDER, A SINGLE PERSON FROM MARY LOU HELM, A SINGLE PERSON BY THAT DEED DATED 6/16/2008 AND RECORDED 6/19/2008 IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2008084502, OF THE SARASOTA COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
