NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 06, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 000788 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-5, is Plaintiff, and GARY L. FISH A/K/A GARY FISH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 1373, 28th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, at Page 12 and 12A thru 12K, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
