NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 06, 2017, and entered in 2013 CA 7739 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and DANIEL BRANDER; SANNIE BRANDER; IBERIABANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CENTURY BANK, FSB; SERENOA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 06, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 87, SERENOA LAKES, PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 31 THROUGH 31F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
