AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-PR1 TRUST is Plaintiff and MARTA MANCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTA MANCO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ROYAL WEST PROPERTIES, INC.; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 21 day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
