NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2017, and entered in 15-CA-006377 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA NA SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and PHILLIP E. HARRELL are the Defendant(s).
